These terms are between you and Kodehort Ltd (“Kodehort”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. They cover buying a Spacetile Licence, Lifetime supporter or Renewal and using spacetile.app. Using the app itself is covered by the End User Licence Agreement, and the source code by the Source licence.
What you buy
A Licence lets one person use Spacetile on every Mac they use, under the EULA. It includes every release made in its 12-month update window, and a release made in that window keeps working after the window closes.
Lifetime supporter is a Licence with a lifetime update window: it includes every release we make, for as long as we make them, and never needs a Renewal. It is otherwise the same as a Licence.
A Renewal adds 12 months to a Licence’s 12-month update window. If you renew before your window closes, the new 12 months start when the current window ends. If you renew after it has closed, they start on the day you renew.
None of them is a subscription. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.

Paying
Stripe sells Licences and Renewals to you as merchant of record, on our behalf. Stripe takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT due where you live, and issues your receipt, under its own terms, which checkout shows you. We never see your card details.
Our prices are in pounds sterling. Checkout may offer the price converted into your currency, and shows what you’ll pay, including tax, before you pay. Discount codes apply at checkout only and can’t be added after you’ve paid.
Delivery
When your payment goes through, we email your Licence key to the address you gave at checkout, with a link that activates Spacetile in one click. After a Renewal, we email an updated key. If you lose your key, the Find my Licence page on spacetile.app emails every active key for your address.
Spacetile is supplied as soon as we send your key. You agree to that, and you have the 30-day refund below instead of a statutory cancellation period.
Refunds
You can have a full refund within 30 days of buying, for any reason. Our Refund policy explains how, and what happens to your Licence.
Using spacetile.app
You may browse the site, download Spacetile and read its documentation. Don’t attack the site or the services behind it, or try to overload them.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force when you pay applies to that purchase. We’ll show the date of the last change at the top of this page.
Law
The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
