If Spacetile isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it and you’ll get your money back in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
This applies to Licences, including Lifetime supporter, and to Renewals.
How to ask
Email support@spacetile.app from the address you bought with, or include that address in your email. We’ll refund the payment to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.
What happens to your Licence
A refund revokes the Licence it paid for, and refunding a Renewal revokes the Licence it renewed. Releases of Spacetile made after the revocation refuse the Licence key, and you must stop using Spacetile under the EULA.
After 30 days
After 30 days we don’t give refunds for a change of mind. Your legal rights still apply: if Spacetile is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under consumer law, at any time those rights allow.
